Excel Sports was created by Mr.Sandip Halder, our Founder, as the result of tremendous love and passion for cricket and other sports and spirit of an entrepreneur. He was extremely talented cricketer, represented his state team in junior level and clubs at various levels in India and England and gained vast experience, as a players & coach…. From years of experience in sports field he realized the importance of custom made sportswear & leisurewear, not only for professional teams but also for amateur sports clubs, school, university teams, and importance of premium quality performance fabric in sports which helps the athletics to stay cool even during game in hot summer. He realized the demand of the Indian sportswear, leisurewear and team wear market and importance of customized & personalized custom made team kit service – as per individual need. Excel Sports started the journey as a trading business on 2002 winter from a very small room. We started making custom made team kit for clubs and Associations mainly in the Eastern side of India and clubs/county teams in England, Australia, and New Zealand.
Excel immediately started getting huge response from the market and on 2007 we started manufacturing sportswear with a very small unit.
