Follow Washing Instruction

Each of Excel Sports made sportswear; training & leisurewear contain a washing label which helps you to know the best way to look after your dream team kit. Always look for the garment care label and follow the washing instructions – and ensure a longer garment life span. Each of our sportswear are specially made of premium quality performance fabric – washing machines, washing liquids/ powders are specially made to ensure that when washed at the right process and right temperature your sports & leisurewear  will come out looking their best time after time.

Care your kit after match

It is necessary to look after your match or training & leisurewear after use.

Do not allow stains to set.

Please do not leave wet and dirty sportswear in your kitbag or gym bags where smells and permanent stains will develop. The sooner you pre-treat and launder the muddy or stained whites or training wear, the better the results will be.

Soak the stain in a pre-wash. In the case of severe staining it may be necessary to apply a stain remover directly to the affected area. Then launder again.
Do not dry a garment until the stain is removed. Once the stain is removed launder as per usual.

Remove stain before wash 

• Pre-treat heavily soiled spots.
• Apply undiluted laundry detergent.
• Sensitive stains should be rinsed in cold water, and then washed with a non-chloride bleach product.
• Pre-soak garments with heavy stains. Soak stained garments in a bucket or laundry tub with the warmest water safe for that particular fabric and a good laundry detergent for 1-3 hours.

Some key info which will help to look after your kit…

• Playing kit needs to be washed as soon after play as is feasible so that stains do not fix to the garments.
• Don’t leave your team kit in kit bag after match or training to brew or dry out as it will be harder or impossible to remove the stain once dry.
• Check garments regularly for stains and remove as soon as possible. (Pre-soak may be necessary.)
• Soaking in water for a period prior to washing can help lift out stains, using neat detergent or non-bleach stain remover can also help remove stubborn stains.
• We would advise that heavily soiled kit has the surface dirt removed before washing in a machine (with a hose or in a bucket of water).
• Before washing, close all zips, undo all buttons and flatten out collars and cuffs.
• Check pockets and linings for loose or sharp objects.
• Turn garments inside out to reduce abrasion so avoiding contamination from other garments.
• Always read the label for individual garment instructions, such as washing temperature.
• Do not wash your kit above 40 degrees, some fabrics require extra care and should be washed at 30 degrees. (sportswear with elastic, sportswear fabric’s containing spandex / lycra and Rip Stop Polyester).
• Do not tumble dry any kit, air dry and reshape whilst damp.
• Do not pile up or fold garments whilst damp, this can cause color transfer.
• Garments of similar colors can be washed together where stated on the care label.
• Do not overload the washing machine.
• Always use the correct amount of detergent depending on how soiled the garments are.
• Always wash socks separately, especially if they are darker than your kit.
• Iron each garment on recommended setting.
• Do not iron directly onto a printed garment.
• Always iron on the reverse side.
• When ironing dark garments avoid ‘iron shine’ by either pressing on the inside of the fabric or through a damp cloth. Not applicable if using a steam iron.

	Machine Wash 30 Degrees	Water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees Centigrade.
	Machine Wash 40 Degrees	Water temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Centigrade.
	Do not Bleach	No bleach product may be used. The garment is not structurally able to withstand bleach.
	Do not Dry Clean	Garment may not be commercially dry cleaned.
	Iron	Regular ironing with or without steam may be performed at a low setting only.

Excel Sportswear Ltd is a UK registered company providing customised and personalised team wear, sportswear & leisurewear, especially to amateur or professional sports team / clubs/ school/university or sports association or county / minor county board. We need to obtain a non-refundable deposit of 50% with an order approval prior to production commencing and 100% payment of the invoice before dispatch the parcel at your address anywhere in United Kingdom.
We use a safe and secure online payment option PayPal, using debit or credit card. We receive all payments from our customers via PayPal only against invoice.
If you do not want to pay online then email your order and we will send a PayPal invoice to you for payment.

For any type of order – a small sample or bulk team kit order, we need 100% payment before dispatch the order at you given address.

All stock samples you order are free sample…..but we do charge for the postage. For custom made samples or trial samples we need 100% payment in advance, before we dispatch the parcel.

As soon as we receive the payment from you we start the production (stock team kit or bespoke team kit) or arrange the samples or order and dispatch immediately.

If you need any delivery address confirmation or changes please contact us on . All sportswear will arrive after careful pressing and packing in a clear polythene bag which will have easy-to-read labels specifying chest/waist sizes in inches and the order and item numbers associated with this order.
DELIVERY ADDRESS :
Delivery address and phone number of the receiver of the order have to confirm in time of placing the order.
You can only change the delivery address and phone number of the receiver of the parcel before we dispatch the parcel from factory at your given address. We will ask your delivery address and phone number before dispatch the parcel. After dispatch of the parcel from our factory – delivery address cannot be changed.
You must accept delivery of all goods which are in good condition and which are as ordered.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, all delivery dates are estimated dates, which we will use reasonable endeavours to achieve. We may deliver the goods to you in advance of any agreed or estimated delivery dates if we give you reasonable prior notice of early delivery.
If you fail to take delivery of your goods FedEx (our official transport) will return your order back to our factory warehouse. If you need the delivery once again then additional delivery charges will occur and customer have to bear the post & packing cost.

Return / Replacement of any product
(1) Excel Sportswear Ltd offers you REPLACEMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY ON THE product/products ordered on Excel Sportswear Ltd website www.excelteamkit.co.uk, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/products can ask for replacement of the product/products subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.Please confirm the order after carefully finalised the design, colours, club colours. All Bespoke team wear are customised & personalised with embroidery and printing work so once delivered the product cannot be replaced.
11. Notify us of any defects within 24 hours from the date of delivery and the same product/products will be replaced in return of the defective product/products.
I1I. Notify us of any other returns the product/products and/or within 3 days from the date of delivery and the same product/products will be replaced in return of the product/products.
IV. Replacement of delivered item cannot be for the entire product/products or part/parts of the product subject to availability of the same with Excel Sportswear Ltd only.
(2) Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
I. Damages due to misuse of product;
II. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
III. Any consumable item which has been used;
IV. Products with tampered or missing serial / product code number numbers;
V. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
VI. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;

Return / Replacement of Customized Team kit
Customized sportswear in bulk or Custom Made team kit are specially made for your team members in bulk so before placing the order for your club team please make sure you have selected right design, colors, club logo, players name and number etc. Once we done the customisation or personalisation work no sportswear can be changed / replaced.
Custom made team wear are “made to order” and created and manufactured as per customer’s specification and approved design to Excel Sportswear team.
Refunds or Returns for custom made team kit orders with an approved customer order will not be accepted.
If you’re unhappy with any customised sportswear or custom made products you’ve received for your club as part of a bespoke order, contact us to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your kit. You can also email us in details at –

Stock team kit returns:
A stock team kit product cannot be returned for a refund or exchange once personalised, unless we have made an error in your selection, or there is a manufacturing fault with the product. Refunds or Returns for stock team kit order with club and sponsor logo with an approved customer order will not be accepted.

Return the goods in “as sold“
Excel Sportswear Ltd is dedicated to provide fantastic sportswear and service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from the Excel Sportswear Ltd online shop www.excelteamkit.co.uk you may return them to us within 3 days of receipt to our office for refund or replace.
If we deliver the wrong design/colored products or damaged goods to you then you are to notify us within twenty four hours of delivery giving us full details information of the damaged or incorrect goods. We will accept returns of such damaged or incorrect goods notified to us in writing within the relevant time period and will give you replacement goods. Replacements claimed outside the relevant time period will be at our discretion. We may decide to collect the damaged or incorrect goods from your premises.
All personalised or bespoke items are not returnable unless faulty.

You are to notify us in writing of non-delivery of part of a consignment within five working days of the delivery of the remainder of the consignment and of non-delivery of the whole of a consignment within five working days of the date upon which delivery was scheduled to take place. If you notify us of non-delivery within the stated time limits then we will give you the option of a credit or a further delivery of the missing goods. If you do not notify us within the stated time limits then we shall not be liable to you for non-delivery.
In a situation where Excel Sportswear Ltd has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through either errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happy to replace the product within 30 to 45 days of delivery if size and color available…
All the items must be returned by customers “as sold”; in as new as sold condition, in their original packaging, swing tags and tickets attached and unused. If you wish to return an item but are unable to meet the above requirements, Excel Sportswear Ltd cannot accept the products back. We also regret that customers have to bear the transport cost to return the goods back to our given address in United Kingdom, confirmed by Excel Sportswear Ltd on that time.
Any items returned incorrectly will be subject to a reshipping and handling charge. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service like FedEx to return the goods back to us with adequate insurance cover as Excel Sportswear Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Order Approval

Once an order has been ‘Checked and Authorised’ in writing in either a hard copy (letter/fax) or digitally (email) by the customer, it is classified by our staff as being ‘Approved’. Once an order is ‘Approved’, the customer is required to accept the approved delivery and accept the payment terms of their order.

Use of the website

The target delivery date for orders starts when the written ‘approval’ is received by the sales team. From the confirmation, Excel Sportswear Ltd. will provide every effort possible to provide our products within 21 days for stock team kit and 45 to 60 days for bespoke team wear orders.
Delivery times can vary throughout the year, current times can be found in the delivery option
section. Stock items are classified by Excel Sportswear Ltd as garments designed and manufactured by Excel Sports.

Whilst Excel Sportswear Ltd will endeavour and do our utmost to deliver orders to our timeframe, our timeframe is only a target and could be extended or reduced even after an order has passed the approval stage. The delivery target for orders is not a guarantee and not a contractual agreement.

All designs and logos represented on Excel Sportswear Ltd job sheets are only an aid for the customers and are not drawn to scale. From initial enquiry to receipt of first designs can take up to a maximum of five working days to allow for sales processing and graphics to be drawn up.

Ownership of design/sportswear

Through confirming an order you agree that you, the customer, have full permission for the use of any copyrighted/trademarked designs, graphics or emblems and accept full responsibility for any subsequent legal action taken by parties associated with any copyright/trademark breach. Ownership of the products (both legal and equitable) remains with Excel Sportswear Ltd until payment by a customer is made in full.

Price and Payment

The price for the goods (the contract price) shall be the price or prices specified by us in any relevant quotation tender or estimate.
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, all prices are ex-works and are including transport cost and any levy or other tax which may be payable in respect of the goods.
All the price are including VAT (20%).
For a new bespoke team wear order, Excel Sportswear Ltd. need to obtain a non-refundable deposit of 50% with an order approval prior to production commencing. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid and cleared by Excel Sportswear Ltd before the customer’s products are dispatched at given address.
We receive all payments at our payment gateway PayPal Business A/c only.
You are to pay the agreed contract price plus VAT 20% and PayPal transaction fee 5% or any other ex works items specified in the invoice within 2 days of receiving PayPal Invoice from us. Payment is to be made in full in Pounds Sterling in cleared funds without deducting or setting-off any amounts which we may owe to you. We reserve the right to request a 100% deposit or 50% (more or less) deposit payable on placing of the order and rest 50% before the order dispatch at your given address.

Delivery

All orders will require a signature confirming delivery. By choosing to purchase products of Excel Sportswear Ltd, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our courier company is sufficient evidence to establish that our products have been received by you.

If your item is inadvertently not in stock, we will contact you via email to find out if you would like us to back order for you. You will also be given the option of product alternatives or the right to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Online Store Terms

Delivery orders placed on the Excel Sportswear Ltd online shop www.excelteamkit.co.uk will be handled as soon as possible and have the targeted timeframe of delivery within given time in the United Kingdom as mentioned in delivery info after checkout confirmation.

The price of the products on our online store including VAT at the current rate. In the case of an obvious pricing error, Excel Sportswear Ltd has the right to alter the price and is under no legal obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect price, even after the Contract between us has been formed. This is if the pricing error we have is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been acknowledge and recognised by you as an error.

If you have made a mistake in your order and you cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you. You will receive an email confirming that we have received and are processing your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Excel Sportswear Ltd knows the importance of protecting your personal information.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you.
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We manufacture our own product and retail direct to customers so we do not disclose any of you information (address, phone numbers) to any other company.
Your financial information is also protected by PayPal. We have no scope to see your details while using credit card or debit card.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
In order to buy online or to buy samples we will ask for certain personal information. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us or by managing your details through the ‘My Account’ section. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. Using cookies allows us at Excel Sportswear Ltd to better understand general user behaviour, by telling us
which parts of our website people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches that are used. Agreement

A supply agreement is made only upon these terms and conditions. No additional, or alternative, terms or conditions will apply to a supply agreement unless, between us, or through our authorised representatives, we agree otherwise in writing.
We will be entitled to cancel a supply agreement at any time if you have exceeded or will (as a result of the supply agreement in question or otherwise) exceed your authorised credit limit with us, or if any invoices rendered to you for goods previously supplied are overdue.

Specification of the sportswear

All descriptions and other details provided in relation to goods are subject to confirmation by us and may be changed without notice. All sizes are approximate to fit sizes and are given as a general guidance only. Colours, shades, materials and sizes of goods may vary to some extent from those illustrated.
We will rely upon your orders being correct in entering into a supply agreement and reserve the right to refuse to take back goods, which are ordered in error or are no longer required.
Bespoke goods branded are non-returnable.

Risk & Property insurance

All risk in the goods (including their loss or destruction) will pass to you:-
– immediately upon the date when delivery takes place (or would have taken place but for your act or default)
– immediately upon the goods leaving our factory premises (if we are to deliver them to a third party at your request)
– The property in and title to the goods will not pass to you until we have received payment in full of all amounts due to us in respect of the goods and of all amounts due in respect of other goods previously delivery and invoiced to you.

Warranties & Conditions

Excel Sportswear Ltd undertake that the goods will, in all material respects, comply with any general description, which we may
have submitted to you, will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which they were manufactured subject to normal usage

Exclusion / Limitation of our liability to you

Our liability to you is limited to the invoice value (not including VAT) of the goods which fail to comply with the express undertaking given above. You agree that, in return for the undertakings given, all warranties representations guarantees conditions and other terms, which would be implied into a supply agreement by law, are excluded.
We will not be deemed to be in breach of this supply agreement if we are unable to comply with our contractual obligations because of any event or circumstance which is in any way wholly or primarily beyond our control or not due to our act or default and in any such event or circumstance we will be entitled to extend the time for complying with our obligations under a supply agreement by a reasonable time and (if we are still not able to comply with our obligations after such reasonable extension) either of us may thereafter terminate the supply agreement in question by written notice to the other.
We will not be liable to you for loss of profits or of a market or for any type of special indirect or consequential loss.

Intellectual Property Right

All copyrights trademarks patents and other industrial or intellectual property rights which may arise as a result of, or be displayed or incorporated in, any written or printed material or any brochure which we may produce either our property or that of third parties and is not to be reproduced used or exploited in any manner whatsoever. You will indemnify us from and against all costs claims and liabilities, which we may suffer, incur as a result of your using reproducing or exploiting any such industrial or intellectual property rights without the consent of the proprietor.

General Matters

A working day is any day from Monday to Saturday except for Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day and any statutory bank or public holiday.

We both agree that these terms and conditions strike a reasonable balance between our respective interests. If any of these terms and conditions shall be invalid or unenforceable for any reason then that shall not affect the validity of the remainder of these terms and conditions which will remain in full force and effect but as if any such invalid or unenforceable terms or condition had never formed part of it.

Trademarks

Excel Sportswear Ltd. trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Excel Sportswear Ltd.. All other trademarks not owned by Excel Sportswear Ltd. or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Excel Sportswear Ltd. or its subsidiaries.
